1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and Bintang44 (hereinafter "Bintang44", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Bintang44 online gaming platform accessible at bintang44.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Bintang44 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player by Bintang44 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any real-money transfer made by a Player into their Bintang44 Account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Bintang44 before processing withdrawals or in response to any compliance review.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the Bintang44 Platform for Malaysian players.
• "Platform" means the Bintang44 website at bintang44.cam and any associated mobile interface or application.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to an approved payment method registered to that Player.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or participation in online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Bintang44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Bintang44 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players, consistent with international best practice for online casino and sports betting operators.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law at the time of use.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Bintang44 or any recognised third-party responsible gambling body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Malaysia or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of Bintang44 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have had a previous Bintang44 Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

4 Registration & Verification

To access the Bintang44 Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. The information you submit during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — forms part of your Account profile and is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

4.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. You must notify Bintang44 promptly of any changes to your contact details or personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any point determined necessary by our compliance team — Bintang44 will require you to complete KYC verification by providing:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent); and
• In some cases, a selfie photograph holding your ID document.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Bintang44 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Login Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Bintang44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

5 Account Management

5.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Bintang44 Account. The existence of more than one Account held by the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or other identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Bintang44 reserves the right to merge duplicate Accounts, withhold associated balances, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

5.2 Account Security

You are required to take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your Account, including using a strong and unique password, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and logging out of your session on shared or public devices. Bintang44 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and automated fraud-detection systems, but cannot guarantee security against breaches resulting from a player's own negligence.

5.3 Account Suspension and Investigation

Bintang44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity discrepancies, or other compliance concerns. During any such suspension, the Account holder will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide any information required to resolve the investigation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bintang44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels for Malaysian players: Maybank (Maybank2u), CIMB (CIMB Clicks), Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Bintang44 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion fees are applied to MYR deposits.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
• Bintang44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50, unless otherwise stated.
• All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless an exception is approved by our finance team.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.2.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers (DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically complete within 30–60 minutes, subject to network conditions.
• Bintang44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal compliance thresholds. Such reviews are conducted as promptly as practicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Bintang44 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards to registered players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in each promotion. For example, a 35x wagering requirement applied to a RM 100 bonus requires total wagers of RM 3,500 before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

7.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger): 10% contribution
• Sports betting: contribution rates vary by market — refer to specific promotion terms
• Arcade and crash games: 50% contribution unless stated otherwise

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet restriction applies. Placing bets exceeding the specified maximum while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The standard maximum bet during active bonus play is RM 250 per round unless a specific promotion states a different figure.

7.4 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of crediting to the Account. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days, as specified per promotion. Bonuses not claimed within the validity window are automatically forfeited. Extensions are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at Bintang44's sole discretion.

7.5 Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus Winnings

Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out limit on winnings generated from bonus funds. This limit is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Where a maximum cash-out applies, winnings exceeding that amount derived from the bonus cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from the Account upon withdrawal request processing.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

Bintang44 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus structures, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising variance, and coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances will be forfeited.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Bintang44 Platform operate under rules established by the respective game studios and sports data providers. Bintang44 acts as the platform operator and does not directly control game mechanics, but ensures all integrated games use certified Random Number Generators or live-streamed formats from licensed studios.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on Bintang44 — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, badminton, and e-sports — are subject to separate sportsbook rules. Bets are settled according to official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of match cancellation, postponement beyond a specified period, or data provider error, Bintang44 reserves the right to void the affected market and refund stakes.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, Bintang44 will investigate the affected session and may void the relevant round(s) and refund the wagered amount. Winnings paid as a result of a demonstrable system error are not considered valid and may be reversed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bintang44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in the matter being referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, generate actions, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports fraud;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, multiplayer, or live dealer games;
• Using fraudulently obtained payment instruments, stolen credit cards, or funds derived from criminal activity;
• Engaging in money laundering through the Platform, including using gambling as a mechanism to convert illicit funds into clean withdrawable currency;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain without reporting them to Bintang44;
• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so to circumvent promotional restrictions;
• Impersonating another person or providing false identification documentation during KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool;
• Engaging in any conduct that Bintang44 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward our staff or other players.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without Bintang44's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bintang44 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or wagered amounts resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform that is subject to change without notice;
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by bank or payment provider issues outside our control.

Bintang44's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by Bintang44

Bintang44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably determine that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that continued operation of the Account poses a legal or compliance risk, or that the Account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9. Where an Account is closed for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation, and may be forfeited where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Bintang44 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closing your Account, you must ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and all active wagering requirements (where bonus funds are in play) have been settled. Upon confirming your Account closure, we will process any remaining eligible balance to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players retain any rights afforded to them under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their jurisdiction of residence, including Malaysia.

15 Amendments

Bintang44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
